Fast, enclosed CoreXY printing with active chamber heating and HEPA filtration—safe enough for the classroom, tough enough for the toolroom.

The Adventurer 5M Pro delivers production-grade performance in a compact, fully enclosed package. Whether you're running overnight ABS fixtures in a school design lab or prototyping carbon-fibre-reinforced parts for client presentations, this printer removes the guesswork. You get 600 mm/s print speeds with vibration compensation that keeps dimensional accuracy tight, dual HEPA13 and activated carbon filters that capture 99% of particulates and VOCs, and an actively heated 50 °C chamber that stabilises temperature-sensitive materials like ASA and ABS. Monitor every layer from your phone via FlashCloud, swap nozzles in seconds without tools, and pull finished parts straight off the spring-steel PEI plate.

KEY INNOVATION: Active chamber heating plus industrial-grade filtration lets you print engineering polymers indoors without separate ventilation—something no other sub-$1K CoreXY can match.

Blazing-Fast and Safe: Adventurer 5M Pro Highlights

CoreXY Kinematics for Speed and Precision

Dual-belt CoreXY motion keeps the print head light, so acceleration peaks at 20,000 mm/s² and top speed hits 600 mm/s. Real-time vibration compensation maintains wall smoothness and corner sharpness, even on tall parts. The 220 mm cube build volume handles drone frames, helmet inserts, and multi-part jigs while the chassis stays bench-friendly.

Zero-Fuss Operation: Start Printing in Minutes

Forget tedious calibrations and frustrating failures. The Adventurer 5M Pro is built for reliability and ease-of-use, maximizing your print success rate from the very first layer.

Quick-Release Nozzle System

Swap nozzles in seconds—no spanners, no heat-soak. The spring-loaded collar holds each nozzle against a conical seat and auto-detects its diameter, so slicer profiles update automatically. Use 0.25 mm for fine dental models, 0.6 mm for structural tooling, or 0.8 mm for large-format décor.

Dual-Stage HEPA & Carbon Filtration

Air flows across the build chamber and exits through a HEPA13 + activated carbon cartridge mounted up top. Tested to EN 1822, it removes 99% of ultrafine particles and VOCs from ABS, ASA, and TPU. Cartridges last 400–500 printing hours and AddLabs keeps local stock for next-day despatch.

PEI Flex Plate & Auto-Leveling

The dual-sided PEI spring-steel plate grips prints at temperature and releases them with a gentle flex once cool. A 25-point mesh probe calibrates Z offsets before every job, so first layers stay consistent whether you're running PLA at 60 °C or ASA at 100 °C bed temperature.

Material Versatility

The all-metal hot end reaches 300 °C and the heated bed hits 110 °C, so you can run PLA, PLA-CF, PETG, PETG-CF, TPU, ABS, and ASA with factory profiles—and dip into nylon or PC using community settings. The 50 °C chamber keeps styrenics in their glass-transition zone to prevent warping.

Connected Workflow

Dual-band Wi-Fi, gigabit Ethernet, and USB cover every deployment. FlashCloud (iOS/Android/web) lets you upload G-code, start jobs, watch the 1080p camera feed, and receive alerts when prints finish or pause. Need an air-gapped workflow? Use USB while still benefiting from the touchscreen wizards.

Australian Industry Applications

Education & STEM Labs

Safe indoor printing with enclosed chamber and HEPA filtration meets WHS guidelines without expensive ventilation retrofits.

Product Design Studios

Iterate overnight with 600 mm/s infill speeds, vibration compensation, and remote monitoring via FlashCloud.

Manufacturing Toolrooms

Create PETG-CF jigs and ASA fixtures that resist UV, chemicals, and mechanical stress—all inside a filtered enclosure.

Medical & Dental Training

Print anatomical models and dental trays with fine 0.25 mm nozzles while keeping labs free from styrene fumes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I print ABS/ASA indoors safely?

Yes. The 50 °C chamber prevents warping and the dual HEPA13 + carbon filter captures 99% of particles and VOCs, so you can run styrenics in classrooms or offices without extra ventilation.

Does it ship with an Australian-compliant power supply?

Every unit sold through AddLabs includes an RCM-certified PSU and AU Type I plug. Plug it straight into any 240 V outlet—no adapters required.

How is the Pro different from the standard Adventurer 5M?

The Pro adds the fully enclosed shell, active chamber heating, dual filtration, onboard camera, and 0.25 mm nozzle support. The standard 5M is open-frame without those safety and monitoring features.

Can it handle flexible TPU?

Yes—Flashforge supplies a 95A TPU profile. Just drop the speed to 40 mm/s and keep retraction minimal to avoid buckling.

Where can I get replacement filters and parts?

AddLabs stocks HEPA/carbon cartridges, nozzles, PEI plates, and hot-end assemblies in Sydney for next-day metro despatch and quick regional turnaround.

Is there local technical support?

Absolutely. Call AddLabs on 02 9161 4164 for setup help, materials advice, or warranty support—everything is handled locally.
