Collection: EIBOS Flexible Series (TPU 95A)

When your projects demand flexibility, durability, and impact resistance, the Eibos Flexible Series delivers with premium TPU 95A filament. This thermoplastic polyurethane strikes the ideal balance between flexibility and printability, offering enough elasticity for functional applications whilst remaining manageable on direct-drive and well-tuned Bowden extruders. The 95A Shore hardness provides rubber-like properties perfect for grips, gaskets, protective cases, and living hinges.

Available in Black, Paper White, Orange, and Red, the Flexible Series covers both functional and visible applications. The material's natural resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and impact makes it ideal for phone cases, tool grips, bumpers, seals, and any component that needs to absorb shock or flex repeatedly without failing. Unlike rigid filaments, TPU parts can compress, stretch, and return to their original shape, opening up entirely new categories of printable objects.

TPU requires more careful moisture management than PLA - the highly hygroscopic nature of polyurethane means absorbed water will cause printing defects, weak layers, and poor surface quality. Dry your Flexible Series filament at 60-70°C for 4-6 hours using Eibos Cyclopes or Polyphemus dryers (which reach the higher temperatures TPU requires) before printing. Print speeds should be reduced compared to rigid filaments, and direct-drive extruders will provide the most reliable results. At approximately $24 USD per kilogram, the Flexible Series offers accessible entry into elastic filament printing with reliable Eibos quality.
